Meditation Classes

We offer training in classical techniques of Yoga meditation, through the focus of attention, concentration, deep relaxation and rest for the whole body and mind.

Just as one must bathe daily to remove accumulated impurities from the body, so too, meditating for a short period of time every day, empties the mind of accumulated thoughts and tensions.

Daily meditation brings clarity to the mind, peace to the heart and a natural sense of well being in daily life.

The Science of Yoga has long ago studied the nature of the mind, and discovered many ways to come out of all thinking for the time being and rest in I AM , which is beyond the limitations of body and mind.
